There was an Executive Board meeting Friday May 15, 2020. President Byran Reitmeyer, American League Vice President Dennis Tankersley, Secretary Mike Schulte and Treasurer Rod Nesslage were present. National League Vice President Kyle Roettger could not attend. We discussed options on how to finish the playoffs. One option was playing them at Moose Lodge over a weekend and another was to play them in September before the season begins as they are scheduled or take two weeks off during the season to finish them. We discussed what precautions we might need to take to resume throwing darts. Among things discussed were: giving players a set of darts to use and to pull/move their own darts from the board. Also prohibiting players from going to their mouth to moisten their fingers before throwing their darts. We said we would need to have hand sanitizer available. We also discussed the possibility of having an abbreviated season this year due to the possibility of covid-19 coming back stronger this fall/winter. The banquet for this year has been cancelled. We decided to schedule a meeting for 7:30 p.m. Monday July 20, 2020, at O’Fallon VFW II.
